COMMERCIAL
We a general contracting company committed to greening the existing commercial building stock and assisting owners with the development of high performing new commercial buildings. With experience in integrative design, commercial build-outs, and a team of LEED AP’s, designers, construction managers, and high-quality subcontractors, we are poised to upgrade your existing building or build your new one. Our commercial construction services can be applied to light commercial construction under 100,000 SF and include build-outs and retrofits of office, retail, and restaurants.
NON-PROFIT AND LOW-PROFIT
NewGrange Development LLC has a sister company NewGrange L3C that is focused on Green Affordable housing developments for low-income neighborhoods, sustainability education for students, and green building training for the workforce. Our L3C is considered by the IRS as a “low profit” entity because we create a revenue that enables us to reinvest the money into programs that focus on social and environmental missions, rather than profits. As an L3C, we can have a greater impact without solely relying on donations or foundations. In addition, we donate resources, volunteer hours, and a portion of our profits to non-profit companies that share similar social and environmentally sustainable missions. Over the past several years we have donated services to the following organizations; Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, USGBC, The Rebuilding Exchange, Bario Bonito, and Architecture for Humanity.
